We believe that comfort zones are good for us, in our little place and calming routine, where we feel safe and able to do our things in peace. However, there is a caveat with that. If we keep insisting to be in our comfort zone for prolonged period of time without doing anything to spice it up, our days will eventually become monotonous and boring. But we usually don’t want some radical change that will throw us out of balance, rather some tiny additions and corrections from time to time. With that in mind, here are few tips to peek outside of your comfort zone.
1. Take a different route
Walking of driving to work, school, shop or any other location, is usual suspect of dull stagnation. By traversing different streets and seeing various other buildings, it is a good easy way to start changing your comfort zone. You will in a small way expand your view of the world.
